Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your unused Owala products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
